recording Fast and The Furious in a cinema then uploading it onto the web.

Tad harsh considering he would probably get less for causing death by dangerous driving.

But then the movie houses have deep pockets and large fists so the plod are always going to take this seriously

Does seem harsh, given the crime. I could kinda understand it if he'd made money from it, but there doesn't seem to be any indication that he did (ok, he offered to sell it on his Facebook profile, but I doubt he made more than a few quid, if anything)

The prosecution lawyer was on the radio and said he made about a grand selling it.

He also went online after he'd been charged taunting the film studio saying they couldn't get him

He's shown no remorse at any stage.

He also clearly has no taste in movies smile
