We are suddenly in a situation where our outgoing postage costs are going to go up alot. Our couriers have removed their basic service and now only do tracked and will charge a minimum of 150 pcm per account.
So say we aren't best please is an understatement.
So who uses whom?
We send around 50 boxes a month and the vast majority are 100-200g. I'd like next day but tracked isn't vital.
RM is an option and will cost £3-5 per package but we will have to go to the PO which may not be as simple as it sounds.

Any suggestions?

If you can get a Royal Mail business account then it'll average out to £2.60+VAT per 1st class parcel unless they're small enough to go large letter where it'll be about £1+VAT. Not sure they'll do a business account for only 50 things a month though.

Hard to see past Royal Mail for low volume lightweight stuff really

As already mentioned, if the boxes are - or could be - classified as a large letter size, then you will save considerably versus the larger size tariffs
