Operating a s2 help

Just brought an series2a after having a series3 and for the life of me can find out how to operate the wipers

Little help please guys?

They switch could be anywhere as a lot will have been changed over the years.



Does it have individual motors on each part of the screen or does it look like a more normal/modern set up?
If individual motors the switch is on each motor.

Otherwise, flick every switch or press every button and see what happens.

Separate ones, will they work with just the ignition on, or do they need the motor running?

It's difficult to say as very few of these cars are unchanged from new.

If it's separate motors then the switch is on the motor. It will depend how it is wired as to whether the ignition needs to be on or not.

Found the problem- there not wired in!
