I freakin love bacon! And gammon, ham, pork, liver, pork scratchings, in fact, all pig based food stuffs.

I must eat at least 10 large pigs a year.

So where are they? I trundle around Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and never see one. I've just done a 2500 mile euro road trip and not seen a single sausage...I mean pig.

Do they live indoors? Under ground? There must be millions of em somewhere?

There's a big piggy farm up here where I live. They're free range too. It's where I'm going to get rid of anybody who pisses me off.

If you are a pig based food enthusiast and you are in hampshire then get yourself down to "The Pig" in Brockenhurst, I love it there...

There are some reared outdoors. On these units the sows are outside and the piglets stay outside for a period of time (I forget) then are "finished" (fattened) inside. The rest of the UK pig population are kept inside in purpose built buildings.

Would you recognise a pig? Maybe you think they're something else.

I was driving last there with my mate who exclaimed "fking hell"!

Me: what's up
Him: nothing and looking rather silly
Me: did you think those pigs were massive sheep?
Him: yes

If you drive anywhere in Lincolnshire you will see fields everywhere with 'mini anderson shelters'.

This is where most of them will be hiding. For the outdoor ones.

Indoors they will just be in big barns.

AKA 'Pigloos'.
Most of our supermarket bacon seems to come from abroad, mainly The Netherlands, which is just a foreign version of Lincolnshire and Norfolk anyhow.....

You didn't see the food program on TV last week which outlined why you shouldn't eat so much then?
