Faulty Red Tuscan - Saturday - A141 Warboys to the M11

Followed you (in the barge) all the way from Warboys through Pidley & St. Ives, on to the A14 and then the M11.

Looked great in red with anthracite wheels

Why faulty?

I had to wind my window down to hear any evidence of an exhaust note!

Could have been me, was out and about travelling from Ramsey to Newmarket Saturday morning (the long way round)

Could this be my first spot in the 6 years of Chim/Tuscan ownership?!?!

Yup, it was definitely the Tuscan in your profile pic - recognise the number plate.

Only faulty in that it didn't make the same amount of noise that most TVRs do - I had to give Mrs darkmark a reason why it was so quiet compared to mine!

Trust me when it's opened up all hell breaks loose and it's rather deafening. Was cruising as low on fuel well 15 litres, but who knows

The previous tuscan I had for a short time was decatted and as lovely as it sound cruising at low speed on the motorway it was to loud for me. Was surprised how quiet this car was when cruising on motorways but makes a much more pleasurable long distance journey.

Friend I was with had a monaro with a switchable exhaust, was superb if only they did one for the Tuscan.

Red wasn't a preferred colour but in the flesh I thought looked stunning and had to buy it....

Agreed, colour-wise it works very well.

No, based in comberton at the moment just west of town. was picking up a mate and checking he fits in the car for my wedding day.
