Bugger - you could be right! And mine is an SV. Too many beers while cooking a bank holiday curry.

At least I by got the engine derivative right...

This car has carbon front mudguards (Standard on R300 upwards) and what looks like carbon rear wheel arches. They are available as options.

The exhaust is 4 into one and is K series. The exhaust silencer does not look to be the larger R300/400 bore. So I guess it is a 1.8K.

The rear arches are standard - they just have the Millwood wraparound carbon stone guards.

Out of interest, how can you tell from just that photo? What are the distinguishing features? I know they're wider, but how is it obvious externally?

Count the poppers on the top of the windscreen. The S3 has 5, the SV has 9 and they are closer spaced. The nosecone is also more oblong on the SV than the S3.

And the nose cone protrudes a lot further forward.

The SV looks unnecessarily fat and bloated, so much so that you don't need an S3 near it to tell biggrin

Mr Marsh has it - number of poppers along the top of the screen frame.

It has the R3/4/500 exhaust system, and it's most likely to be a K series, but that does not indicate what spec the engine is. It could be anything from a standard 1400 (at just over 100bhp) to a modified VHPD (at up to 250bhp)
Even with the bonnet lifted, it would be difficult to say if it were a stock R300 spec at around 160bhp, or anything wilder.
It's very unusual for any two cars to be the same specification.

According to the DVLA lookup, it's a 1.8.
