Evening all

I'm off here in a couple days and want to know where are the best places to eat and drink, what to see close by, and if there's anything we need to take the kids to see or do (5 and 2)?

Cheers in advance

Pizza Hut? Puerto Pollensa is a little bit nicer. Playa De Muro beach in between Alcudia and C'an Picafort is nice. The sea often gets shallower as you go out. This also seems to keep the water warmer too.

I see.

The thing is, I'm going Alcudia.

Cheers for the input though

We did this not long ago, the best bits of Alcudia are around the port and the old town inland.

Thanks for the link.

I started stting myself after the first few posts, but I don't think it'll be so bad. We've got two young kids to entertain so won't be taking in all these breathtaking roads they're all writing about. They want cheap tat from the shops, slush puppies and loud music. We don't usually concern ourselves with the people on holiday so there shouldn't be an issue there neither. A couple of nice places to eat would be nice. My 5 year old was picking his own lobster earlier in the year in Cala d'or!

I'll take the place as it comes. As long as it's lively enough for the kids, I'll be happy. I suppose me and the missus won't get any relaxing holidays for another 15 years or so!
