Good service from an airline! What's the world coming to?
Discussion
So, flew to Sweden last week.
Wife and I booked flight but then my son (15) decided he'd rather come with us than spend 4 days with his sister but can't add him to our original booking.
An email to the airline was responded to with great efficiency - "you and wife check in online and present your son at the check in desk and we'll make sure you sit together" - and they did - both ways!
Allocated seats. Two bags allowed onboard. Smiling, helpful cabin crew.
Problems coming back - not the airline's fault but required a transfer to a different airport and an arrival four hours after what was due. PIA but hey ho....but fully informed by airline all the time and then get home to find email from airline explaining how to apply for compensation.
Wonderful service all round making for a very pleasant trip.
And the airline...?
Ryanair.

Certainly wouldn't be SAS
I flew SAS every 2 weeks to Copenhagen, no problems whatsoever. During that period I had my pre-selected seat changed at the gate around 10 times and each time they upgraded me to their business class even though I had the lowest fare ticket.Gassing Station | Holidays & Travel | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
