International Money Transfers

Need a little advice; I have been working in Australia for two years and have a fairly reasonable amount of savings in an Australian Bank Account, I have been transferred to New Zealand and my salary gets paid into an NZ account.

Now my question is, if you did not need the Ozzie cash right now where would you transfer it too, I have UK bank accounts also, so would you leave it in Oz send to UK or bring over to NZ.

Not really sure what I should do really, any advice welcome.

You should earn more interest in Australia than the UK at the moment but the big issue is how you see exchange rates going and of anyone knew that they would be very rich.

I had a similar predicament with Euros but a few friends and associates in Australia had a similar one to you. We use Chris Canning at Argentex Private and he holds funds in a couple of different currencies for us. The transfers are free and the exchange rates available to him over the bank far out way the different interest rates which are all fairly small today.
