Hi All,

I have/had 8 points on my license.

3 for driving on the phone in 2009 - August
5 for a SP30 in 2009 - November

Is it 4 years then I can send my counterpart back to have them removed?

Thanks

4 years ASFAIK. DVLA charge for removal so I haven't bothered yet.
Check the online version. You should find you have a clean license according to the DVLA.

If you change address the points will be removed for free, otherwise you have to pay a fee.

You can tear up the counterpart in January so it's hardly worth getting it changed in November.
