Travel Insurance

Not too sure on where to post this but....

Looking for pretty standard travel insurance for a short break inside Europe that also provides cover for gear such as the camera and lenses.

Most of the ones i'm looking at will provide a high level of cover for total personal belongings but have a pretty low value for these items individually. Certainly not enough to cover a body.

Any suggestions or are most people covered on home insurance?

Mine camera gear is on proper photography insurance. As you have found out holiday insurance won't cover it and house insurance seems a bit vague about it.
