I have one of the mattresses, the opal 5000. It's already got a faulty spring, under guarantee, so will get sorted.
The supplier said to me on 3 different occasions differing warranties, a 3 year warranty with 7 year guarantee (pay for it), a 5 year, then a 3 year.
Left a message with Harrison to confirm what it is and nothing.

Does anyone know what it is?

Don't think I'll be buying these again, supposedly high end products.

Just bought a Harrison bed, it's a 2 year guarantee with a further 8 year warranty after that.

I've had one for years, an excellent mattress, most comfortable one I have ever slept on.

Hmm similar then to what I was told. Salesman eh. The guarantee mean you have to pay still.

Yeah but it's the other way round though, the guarantee period is the free years, when the warranty kicks in thats when you pay http://www.harrisonbeds.co.uk/uploads/page/turn.pd...
