Having been used to a Chim without air-con, the air-con in my T350 was welcome.
The air from the vents is definitely cooler when I switch the air-con on but it never really gets 'cold'.
I have assumed this is normal but if it should be getting cold perhaps it needs regassing?

Had mine re-gassed and it does make a difference to the coldness of the air. However, getting the cabin to stay cool relies on other factors such as all the cold vent gaps sealed, flap settings, heat soak and even keeping the windows closed!

I second that. Cold (+ A/C) air only through middle vents left of steering wheel and near passenger window. Upper dash vents and footwell vents warm air only.

Flap setting is a major point. Haven't found a satisfying value on mine in the factory menu. Also probably leaking hot air from the dash could be the culprit.

Whilst stationary, with the engine hot you will never get truly cold air unless the gap between the radiator and the n/s headlight is adequately sealed and shielded - there was a thread on here not long ago with some info.

Also, flap settings, as mentioned above.

To be fair mine is relatively good, it's certainly very cold. but it does have to battle against a lot of bloody heat.
