Can anyone recommend where this could be done or if any of you have done it before?

I don't want to sell it with any of the backed up games etc. but not sure of the legality, I know CEX/Game etc. won't accept flashed consoles and eBay seems to be a grey area. I'd ideally get rid of it in one go, i.e. the console, official games and the DVD drive needed to back them up. Not even sure what it's worth really.

I don't really bother making use of it anymore and am looking to upgrade to an Xbox One but surely people still have use for these, especially in this state?

Perhaps because it's a piece of equipment modified for the purpose of contravening copyright law?

Also, isn't there an issue of logging into Xbox Live with these, in that the fraudster is detected by Microsoft and the associated gamertags are banned?

That's my thinking for avoiding eBay!

Not with this one, well, if you do it properly anyway and don't play games before launch. To be fair I've mostly used it for playing games I've damaged the discs for!

I've never really used it before, doesn't seem to be much on there like this but I'll take a look, thanks.

No idea really, I think I'd probably take around £250 for the 360, the DVD drive needed to back games up and all of my original games (30+). Not sure if that's realistic or not, the console itself (in a non modified state) has a trade in value of £75 at CEX so I don't think it's too far to expect something near that.
