Traded in my Wife's Evoque Prestige Lux for a Discovry 4 this week as she wanted something a little bigger.
Evoque has been great the last three years and a really good trade exchange of £34k.
Now looking forward to the Discovery experience.

Sounds like the Evoques have held their value

Post a pic of the D4 when you get it - I'd be interested to see it & hear how it compares to the Evoque

Hi All,

We have enjoyed the Evoque very much over the last three years.
It was my Wife's main drive and as I work away I haven't had that many opportunities to drive it.
Having said that, we've had quite a few runs into Wales and a couple of trips to Germany.
For me the Evoque has a great 'planted' and confidence giving feeling on the road.
I am also happy to say that the quality is easily equal to any of our previous cars, MB etc.

Collected the Discovery this afternoon and again very happy with the feeling of quality build and comfort.
Initial impresions is again that it is a very good drive.
Looking forward to our annual December visit to Germany.

Looks very nice. If only I could get my wife to swap our Evoque for a Disco. Just have to dream on. Enjoy

Bad luck tghere. Mine tends to go with my suggestions but with here basic details.

Just to add to my Discovery comments, in the past we had an early model Freelander which I found to be quite poor for long motorway drives.
We had an MB ML and a couple of Murano's which were both very good motorway wise.
I thought the Evoque was better than any of the previous and so part of my Discovery test drive was motorway and I found it to be as good as the Evoque.
Heading down to Kent in a few weeks to visit my son so looking forward to that drive.

I had a brand new Freelander for the day yesterday while the Evoque was in for Service. Did a little motorway driving and was quite impressed it cruised very comfortably. Just shows how far they came with it I suppose .

Yes, I discussed it with the dealer and he agreed about the early ones but said that in his opinion they have really sorted things out in that direction.

Just to update on our Disco 4 experience.
Had a weeks break in Norfolk this last week with our Son, Girlfriend and the most adorable Grandson ever smile

Disco was a pleasure all week. Lots of space, comfort etc., etc., etc., I could go on. I got 32,5mpg so quite happy with that too.

Cant find the remote for the passenger headrest TV's and now recall that I never saw it when we purchased so need to go back and sort that out.

Again looking forward to Decembers German Weinachts Markt trip.
