Anyone have any suggestions?
Me and the Mrs have now completed both Breaking Bad and House of Cards (both of which were bloomin brilliant!) but we're a bit stuck as to what to watch next.

We only have Freeview and access to Netflix (we don't have Sky).

I was thinking maybe Sons of Anarchy but I don't think she'll like that. Game of Thrones isn't on Netflix as yet so that's out.

I'm open to suggestions! Thanks

Sons of Anarchy is excellent - bit bloody but no worse than BB. I'm just starting series 4.

Also suggest Rome and Bates Motel. both on Netflix and are very watchable.

Why not look at the best boxsets thread.

I've recently enjoyed Prison Break and Lie to Me.

Homeland - superb and was totally gripped from the first episode.

Another vote for Bates Motel. Wasn't expecting much, but really enjoyed it.

Just started watching Justified, I quite like it so far but it seems a bit episodic. Although I'm only 4 episodes in.

The Killing (Forbrydelsen). The Danish version, not the American remake.

The Bridge (Bron), Arne Dahl, Spiral (Engrenages).

9:00 BBC4 on Saturday evenings is the time for a foreign language drama series. New one (Crimes of Passion) starting tomorrow (30/08/14).

Stick with it, when it finds it's feet and makes Boyd Crowder the main focus it really gets going!

It changes, and becomes more of a serial drama like the best HBO stuff.
It jumped into my US top ten, it is very good.
