What lock for exterior gate to be opened both sides?

as title. Have an exterior gate that needs to be locked at all times. But access required from both sides for different tenants. Only a normal garden gate type thing 6ft high though) but will be out in all weathers. Any ideas? I can modify the gate / post as necessary.

Only need to drill a single hole in the door, then it fixes to the inside. Can be opened from both sides from one key, and looks really smart. Fitted one recently, and the quality is spot on.

Yeah, its taken us ages to track it down, as its so useful to be able to lock a garden gate from both sides, when leaving via the garden, going to the tip etc. Wouldn't be without one now!

Cheers for that; turns out that's exactly what I actually need as well - was pondering some ugly bodge until half an hour ago when I saw this
