Considering on starting the above, not too bothered about where from.

Anyone got any recommendations as to where to use? In aware that some supermarkets online ability many not match their high street ability, if you get me.

Many thanks

We use Ocado mostly - very slick website, clever suggestions and reminders once you've done a few shops (e.g. it figures out how often you need a product and reminds you to buy it).

I regularly use four of them (depending on what I'm ordering)... Sainsbury, Tesco, Asda and Ocado.

To be honest they are all pretty good. Ocado does stand out though - because usually the order is perfect, everything there, no substitutions. The others often have one or two items substituted, which can be annoying if the substitute is unsuitable for your needs.

The big plus for me with home delivery is not having to park at the supermarket, leaving my car at the mercy of people who don't give a toss about other people's cars...

Having used several different ones, Ocado is head and shoulders better than the rest. Rarely use anyone else these days and I can't actually remember the last time I went into a supermarket.

Another vote for ocado. I love it, 10 mins on the app and my shopping is done. I add things to my basket as i run out of things so dont forget much. Around here they nearly always show up at the beginning of the 1 hour delivery slot.

I hate going to the supermarket for anything more than a few extra bits now.

I never thought of adding things as they got used up! Very organised. Driver phoned me this morning to ask if it was ok to rock up 20 minutes early - they really have got the customer experience nailed down.

Do what I do... apart from my bulk shop online, I don't use the big supermarkets (or their local outlets like Tesco Express etc) for any regular extra stuff I need... I try and support the small local independent shops instead.

I do a little of that with my local butcher but there isn't much else local to me apart from tesco express.

I use Asda, generally they're ok. For the occasional mistake/unavailable item it's still saved me getting pissed off with the general public while wheeling a trolley around a busy supermarket.

I've used Sainsburys a few times as they kept on giving us vouchers such as £10 off a £60 spend.

You could always shop online with an independent butcher whistle

Have any of you used http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk in anger?

I've looked at it but never actually tried to shop on it - we tend to just do several small shops as and when we need to from wherever is convenient at the time but in the interest of planning meals and being a bit healthier (i.e. avoiding the "nothing in, can't be bothered to go out, let's order a takeaway) I'm keen to start online shops again.

When I did do them Waitrose direct were my preferred option, Ocado seem to have gone off a bit around here since they got bigger. Asda are by far the worst I've used (I do "secret" shopping now and again and one of the assignments was to online shop with Asda) but I've yet to sample the services of Morrisons or Sainsburys. It's so long since I tried Tesco that I can't recall anything about it.

We use Ocado, no real complaints. My top tip is book one of the really late deliveries that are free and more often than not the driver will call and say he can get there earlier.

I can't see wht people still turn out for the big weekly shop!
