PH fish keepers, talk to me. I am wondering the logistics and if anyone reccomends any sites (Tropical Fish) as there are no good suppliers around me.

I'd need a bloody good recommendation, I've walked out of a lot of fish shops over the years having looked at their tanks.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but could you make it to Wharf Aquatics? Shouldn't be too far from South Yorks.

Can't possibly imagine it will be better to get the fish couriered then have an hour or so in car. They'll bag the fish with oxygen instead of air if you ask.

This place down the road does pretty good grub if you need sustenance to sustain you on the journey (way there not back obivously).

I like Wharf (usually go there) but am just fishing (I am so so sorry) for opinion. It'll be interesting to see how many fish keepers we have on here

I would never do it. I send heavily wrapped parcels and very few make it undamaged. No chance I'd have fish sent.

I've had fish sent through the post before without issue. The reputable retailers (and there are a few who've carved a niche for themselves) rely on their reputation - if the fish ended up dead they wouldn't be in business. It's not the best option but depending on location and what you're looking for it's certainly worth considering.
