Small house extension

I am looking at doing a small ground floor extension, hopefully within permitted development.

Can anyone recommend any builders they've used before in Waterlooville and surrounding areas? I don't really fancy just picking someone random off the Internet.

I should add I have some ideas of what I want but I need someone who can draw up a plan and then build it

A very good friend of mine is a builder based in Drayton. I'll PM you his contact details.
He's been in the trade for 20 odd years. He never advertises as he's always got work via word of mouth from happy customers.
