Quick Door/Window control box question ??

Carl mentioned to me last week that if I send the box away I was to ask for something to be done to it while it was there. He used a specific word along the lines of "Normalise" or "Modernise" or "Standardise" or some word to that effect?

Anyone have a clue what the word would be? I'm having a senior moment!

As Carl lives in France and I live in New Zealand timings are not the best for our contacts. I have emailed him and will Skype tonight, but on the off chance thought I would ask in here?
