Thanks for sorting this. After further consultation with my social secretary and looking a the work plan, I am still a no. Hopefully if this one works well then there may be another in the pipeline?
I need to understand whether it's just bad luck on the date, the fact it cannot be done on a Friday / weekend, or that it's London and too far for many people to travel.
I'm pretty sure it'll be a good night, so if the people who attend are keen I will look to do another in 2015. The difficulty is that I don't want to end up with a sizeable financial commitment and no take up.

Count me in for 2015 !
I hope you have a fantastic evening - looking forward to the write up and pictures.
Had a really good chat with TWE yesterday and they've come up with a list and I've seen no reason to change it.
I think there is one whisky I've tried before, so I'm looking forward to it. We've also got a couple of curveballs that should make it interesting too.
If you want to buy anything it is "actively encouraged" and there are bottles, TWE bottle your own casks (the Cragganmore is quite good) and even random other spirits.
I'll send a mail out with directions / contacts details today.

Podie, not received a mail yet, is the plan just to pitch up at TWE for 7.30 ? I think there is one whisky I've tried before, so I'm looking forward to it. We've also got a couple of curveballs that should make it interesting too.
