It's madder than that. If you marry at 16 and then take photos of the wedding night for your own entertainment, you're fine and legal.Until one of the couple celebrates their 18th birthday. Then you're in possession of child pornography.
The child porn is a fuss over nothing - maroney just looks stupid with her "they aren't me...and if they are, I'm underage" defense.....it may have got the pics taken down from various places but it's raised her name much higher than it would have been.
Same as Victoria Justice with the "they are all fake....but I'm talking to lawyers" approach. If her's are fake the person that did them should be working for Hollywood!
