Anyone else here a fan of this stuff? Ever since the lady and I discovered it a few weeks ago i have become truly addicted. It's fantastic in so many ways, alone with some crusty bread, in pasta sauces, as a pizza topping, in cheese toasties or just in a sandwich.

The only place I've found it so far is waitrose and I just can't bloody get enough of it! I dread to think of how unhealthy it is, it's just too tasty to think about.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, it's a soft spreadable Italian spiced sausage, similar to chorizo but with a more intense flavour. I urge you try it, available from your local waitrose or ocado van.

YES. Introduced to it by Lardo in Hackney, Served within some Arancini. So so good.

If you like N'duja, try and get some Sobresada, the Spanish equivalent, not as punchy but more smoky.

I've just bought some of this due to this thread.

I like it. In fact it's delicious.

However it seems to have given me major flatulence.

Love it. The Natoora one from Ocado is seriously hot.

Pizza Express do it on one of their pizzas (Franco Calabrese or something). Very nice.
