Charging Order Issues
Discussion
I raised a charging order against a debtor's property, but i've received confirmation from his conveyancing solicitor that he sold the property before the final order was created (actually slightly before the interim order was even created). There is a hearing currently scheduled for tomorrow to decide whether the interim order would have been made final.
what are the options open to me, as clearly the charging order cannot now be applied to that property, but will the judge be flexible (e.g. create a liquid asset freeze instead) or rather more narrow (can't do the order requested so hearing is cancelled).
thanks
