Yet Another Telephone Question

I'm wondering how to go about best doing this.
We have a traditional business landline number (through XLN) and we divert calls to a mobile when someone isn't in the office. What I would ideally like to do is have one of these option lists where if they press 1 it diverts through to mobile 1 or if they press option 2 it diverts through to mobile 2. It would also be better if I could change the numbers that the various options are diverting to remotely.
Is there a cheap way of doing this without buying and maintaining lots of equipment. VOIP?
