Very low Hercules over Merston.

16:53 02/09/14 was tootling down to Bognor when just as I passsed the roundabout where the A259 goes from dual carriageway to single lanes when a tree skimming Hercules came in to view and from what I could see did quite a banked turn over the area of the old Merston airfield.

Anyone know if it was an exercise or some sort of tribute, just wondering. Was bloody impressive and somewhat unexpected.
