Just a quick one really, I have a K series Caterham and am replacing the 1600 K with a Vauxhall Redtop ( don't ask why, it'll be my third and I just love the torque).

The question is what to do with the K series?. I know absolutely nothing about Midget conversions, but can say the engine is absolutely complete and will come with the EU3 ECU and a K to Type 9 bellhousing.

If anyone is interested let me know

The engine, Starter, Starter spacer, bell housing, Flywheel, Clutch fork, clutch. all ready to go would be a tempting package for any Konversion. If I hadn't just finished gathering the same set of parts I know I'd have been very tempted.

Presumably the cooling rail is available also. If you decide to split any of the bits - please do let us know.

I've posted a link on a couple of the popular Midget conversion hangouts - you might also want to try the Locostbuilders site.

Deano, Everything is available, and I would love it to go as a complete unit, and thanks for posting the links.

Torque, Price, haven't a clue, make me an offer, but I'd like to think I'll get enough for a new bespoke exhaust system for the Redtop.

Hi mate. If you sell all bits separately I would be interested in the starter motor. Drop me a line if you are. Thanks.

I really do want to sell it as a complete unit, if I get no interest then perhaps, but it's something I want to avoid, a load of bits cluttering up the place, you know how it is.
