1.4 tdci turbo question.

Hiya guys and girls. I have a fiesta mk6 1.4 tdci. I've had it remapped, got a panel filter and I have knocked the middle of the cat out. My question is would it be safe to screw the nut on the actuator rod in by 1 full turn? I've done it already but I'm worrying about it. Any advice from someone who knows their stuff would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, newbie Tony.
