Took a 3 day break from Destiny after my race on Sunday, I think I just needed the mental break so watched a ton of cr@p TV instead 
Be back on tonight though if anyone fancies the daily heroic on 28 or the weekly heroic strike, I'd be up for either.
My Warlock should be up to level 20 by the weekend so, I can start to level him up properly. I think I prefer the Nova bomb super to the golden gun and his grenades are definitely cooler than the Hunter too
Next week, I might start a Titan too.

I still need 2 more wins in the crucible for a bounty, i played 4 games last night and my team werent even capping flags, bloody eedjits!! Lost 3 of them and was booted from the last, the servers were defiantly on heroic setting last night, impossible to defeat!

Well, we can try and retreat if needed. The weekly on lvl 28 is easily doable with 2 lvl 27 players plus another at a lower lvl, playing conservatively, i.e. not what I do.
Those that I usually join will testify to my usual suicidal arc-blading in the midst of just spawned minotaurs. I feel like I can see their confused-looking guardians thinking "WTF is he doing?!... I'm not going to get him"

Bungie has announced Destiny's first expansion, The Dark Below, will be available on December 9 for $19.99 / £19.99 as a standalone purchase, or as part of the $34.99 / £34.99 Season pass which also offers the second expansion, House of Wolves.
The developer has also gone into details about what new content we'll be seeing to justify that purchase price. Along with the expected new weapons and armour, the Light Level cap will raise to 32 with five new bounty slots also added.

The expanded story will apparently focus on new character Eris, who has spent years hiding among the Hive only to come forward bearing a warning. The Hive are apparently trying to summon a god, Crota, to destroy Earth. Eris will be found in the Tower where she'll offer you special quests including three new missions where you can increase your Light and get new rewards.
Other additions include a new co-operative Strike, The Will of Crota, which pits you against Omnigul as she works to expand Crota's Hive army, and a new six-player Raid, Crota's End, where you enter the Hellmouth presumably to take the deity on.
On the PvP front, there are three new arenas: Pantheon, set in the Black Garden inside a Vex temple with tight corridors; Skyshock, an old interplanetary defense array; and The Cauldron, an abandoned Hive ritual site focused on close combat.
Additionally, PlayStation platforms will get another co-operative Strike called The Undying Mind.

Had some good strikes with Speckle last night. Managed to get enough points for another Exotic peice of armour, just need to grind out Helium and AS now.
Yeah, they were good fun - despite getting the moon strike twice in a row!! Youngsyr, thanks for the invite to do the weekly - I was surrounded by wizards and knights at the time so, was a bit pre-occupied and then had to go - I'd be up for some asssistance tonight if you're around?Also, apologies to the chap (can't remember your name, sorry!) who I left to go and do the daily on hard with pimpchez, I felt pretty guilty about that and then came to join you but you were on a strike so I couldn't join. It is always so hard to make your excuses when the other chap doesn't have a mic.
I've got enough for another legendary weapon but, I am torn between 3 at the moment. I fancy a scout rifle because everyone I play with seem to use them extensively and always get more kills than me. Or, the fusion rifle because they will kill wizards (I F**king hate wizards!) and I don't have a legendary secondary yet. Or, a legendary handcannon - mainly because they're awesome!! COmments welcome
I did a bit of grinding this morning and my warlock is now up to lvl 22 so, I can start earning some decent vanguard marks with him now
