Ive just gone over my car with machine polisher and 3m to get rid of swirls which it has done. Whats my next stage. Ive got lime prime, black hole glaze, SRP and zymol cleaner wax all in my garage( im not sure which one to use) followed by dodo purple haze wax or autoglm EGP.
What should I be using out of that lot. Its on a black TVR T350
Thanks in advance
Aubrey

Hi,

Great question, I can honestly say I always go with Autoglym. Their product's never fail to amaze me,
they never let you down on the look and give your motor a great finish.

binned

Hope that helps.

Personally I would apply a pre wax cleaner before sealing the paint with a good carnuba wax or one of the new silicone treatments.

The million dollar question!

HD is slightly easier to apply & remove but that's not to say Extra Gloss is difficult!

Why not do half the car with Extra Gloss, the other half with HD and report back your findings!?

Both sides will look the same to the human eye, it'll just be water behaviour & durability that will differ.

I'd recommend Bilt Hamber Cleanser Fluid followed by a couple of coats of Finis Wax.

Might seem expensive to buy but it goes a really long way and is easy to use and gives great results.

I'd expect if you topped it up a couple of times (even with a quick spray wax) that it would last into the Spring.
