Taxi from Dubai to Yas Island...? Grand Prix....?

Hi;

Just completing plans for the Grand Prix in November (last minute as usual) and looking for some advice...Please.

Thinking of staying in Dubai and travelling in each day, had thought about hiring a car BUT would prefer to use taxi's if possible, so we can partake in the hospitality.

Can anyone tell me roughly how long would this taxi trip take / price, and is there any problems getting taxis to take us back to Dubai late at night / early morning??

We came back in a Taxi one of the evenings (race day), left about midnight, queued for about 15 mins for a taxi, and then about 90 mins to Dubai, cost I think was about 250 AED (a bit vague as I and been enjoying a bit of corporate 'hostility' from lunch time that day)

You can also prebook taxis or even get a driver for the weekend if there is a group of you
