Hi All,

Just doing some trouble shooting of a rough idle.

I have vac tested the pipe that tees off and goes to the actuators and it loses vac. Is it normal for them to pass some air or should they be entirely shut/sealed at a low vac pressure?

Thanks

Was told no air should pass by jetstream so replaced both and all the pipe work stick with oe parts will save time and money

Thanks. Using a vac tester, should it hold pressure?

yes, if you are sucking from the plenum end

Thanks Adrian. Couldn't get it in my head if by doing so I would be sucking the diaphragm up and losing pressure or if in fact it should be closed.

I would have thought a Mityvac should work
