...to put the radiator back in with both the fans and cowlings fitted?

If there is a way of doing this, please let me know! If I am wasting my time, please also let me know.

Thanks and time to stretch my sore back!!!

I managed to refit mine complete when I fitted my intercooler, can't give any particular tips I'm afraid, just wriggled & jiggled it, but it did go in ! (Finbar Saunders would be proud of that one laugh).

Remember taking the rad out of mine a while back when I did a 4" body lift. Don't remember taking the fans off, think it came out (and went back in) as "one lump".

Mine (1995) comes out as one but I have to take the expansion bottle off as it sits in the middle on my car.

As it is an early car I only have fans and no covers on the back of the radiator.

Graham.

Rad goes in fully assembled.

Use 2 people to guide it in.

BTW, Saturday the 20th am is fine if you still want to.......

Thanks everyone, I thought it should go in. That said, I thought it should come out in one piece as well!

All being well, very practical mate is calling in Sunday morning and it will soon be sorted.

Peter, sounds like a plan. Will call you in the week.
