XKR - New Owner

Hi Guys, just (yesterday) purchased an XKR which looks fabulous. Drove it the 156 miles home when only 6 miles away decided to give it some hard acceleration, only for a short distance. The car decided to go into limp mode which of course was quite frightening. I pulled over, turned the engine off and all was fine again, any ideas?

Is there anything I should be keeping my eye on with this model? I'm guessing this model as a timing chain would I be correct?

Congrats! I'm sure you'll love it - problems seem to be relatively rare so I hope last night's glitch is a one-off.
