I need some decent headphones of the on-ear variety. Budget is £100-150.

I loved the Sennheiser Momentums but then found out they are supposed to leak sound badly which isn't ideal given I wear them in the office.

Any suggestions?

I wouldn't buy AKG's again.
I just had a pair of lesser K240's that stopped working for no reason after 13 months. I quick google suggests all kinds of problems since they moved manufacturing to China.

I have replaced them with a pair of these which I am very pleased with, if relatively plain looking compared with your Sennheisers

Leak far less sound than their AKG open-back predecessors and just sound a lot better.

I've been pleasantly surprised by B&w P3s, I wasn't bowled over at first but they seem to have got much better as they've been used more.

I rate my B&Ws....but don't use them a massive amount as I look like a tt/Cyberman wearing them. And when you already look sufficiently like that without them, it;s just too much on the tube smile

If you can manage on ears, though, you should try some out (P3s or P5s).

The Bang and Olufsen H6's are still available on Amazon for £179. As they are £330 Normally I'd say they could be a good solution. The ones at that price do have a Pepsi Logo and are Blue but the logo is not obvious. You can also pick up Bowers and Wilkins P5's for £150. They are re-certified but B&W renew everything on them.

Agree with the B&W P3's - sound quality is excellent although the P5's are more comfortable they seemed a little bigger for travelling and general usage and £100 more

Have some of the b&o h6's can't see the Pepsi logo though. Decent headphone worth the deal price for the blue ones but not up to standard for full price. Admittedly only had mine a few weeks, would buy another pair but again only at the lower price and wish they came with a hard case instead of just the soft case.

Audio-Technica ATH-M50X are superb, closed back so keeps the sound in. Bit heavy though is the only criticism I would have. Even better are the ATH-A900X but a bit more pricey.

Sony MDR-7506.

Could get several pairs for your budget and still have change. Technically a US model only, but plenty of places import/sell them.

Found in many studios for a reason.

The MDR-V6 are similar ( and cheaper) if you want to look at those too
