OK, so Road or Track springs?
I don't want to ruin the drive on the road. I already think the car can be skittish over bumps and don't want to rattle my teeth.
But I want to stop at least some of the body roll on track.
Are these adjustable so that you can wind them up for a track day, and then relax the settings for back on the road? (I've not much experience of adjustable shocks - well none actually).
I also run different rubber for road and track. Currently P-Zero for road and T888 for track (will try Cups too).
Oh, and thanks Tux!

Yes you can increase and decrease the damp rate depending on the requirements , I usually go fully hard on dry track days , then back off for the drive home !!! The track day springs are the same on the front but stiffer on the rear , decreasing the body roll and increasing the bite on the front . It does effect traction on bumpy surfaces a bit . What tyres do you run ?
Thanks Tux - so you're saying that the Road vs Track springs are the same rate on the front end? That's where I feel the effects of body roll the most and where my lack of ARB is (I presume) felt most. If track springs are only different at the rear, then I guess that a road setup is what I need.
I also run more compliant tyres for the road, and use different rims for track:

Maybe I'll go for the road springs, if, I guess, that it's only a matter of changing springs at the rear should I find the setup too soft?overzealous1 said:
