Hijack. I never thought to ask in here... Does anyone have a bike trailer to lend for beer tokens/crate in Bristol/South Wales? Need to transport two bikes when I move house in a few weeks time....

Alternatively, recommend a trailer hire place in the area?

I use these guys, they are really helpful and quite reasonable. Not quite in Oxfordshire but worth a look.

For Bristol try Honeyfield Trailers in Bedminster, web site says they do motorbike trailers or box trailers if you prefer. Not rented from them but they installed my last tow bar and did aa good job.

I used a company called Helpful Hirings last year for a car trailer. They're based near Thame, which isn't very near Witney but is in Oxfordshire.

I notice they do bike trailers.

I'll help you.

Tell me which bike needs to be where by when and I'll ride it for you.

For this excellent service I'll only charge mates rates what with it being BB an' all

Not wanting to sound silly, but wouldn't hiring a van be easier?

Devizes/Chippenham any good for you?

I have one of these you're welcome to borrow...

I could not find a bike specific trailer to hire when I wanted one so I hired a 'mini digger' trailer from a plant hire company, it cost £25 for the day, this sort of thing:

Got a light weight single in Swansea to borrow. Can never have too much beer.

Did see above though - wouldn't a van be easier?
