Remember next week is book fair,

expect all Apfelwein places crammed with interational intellectuals being disgusted at their first Apfelwein,

and getting utterly pished after the 3rd.

I mentioned the Hochhut collection earlier, anyone interested in that ?

They udated the Website, check out the 360° views :

http://www.technische-sammlung-hochhut.de/motorens...

Definitely different from Klassikstadt.

So who feels like a bier and some Handkäse? I know it is only the beginning of the week but I was thinking of the 6th, 7th or 8th October?
The 7th would be best for me, unless it's after 7pm.
I'm fine all week. smile

Hochhut looks good and it is in Gallus so not too far out.

I had forgotten that the Buchmesse started this weekend. Quite happy I'm not working in a restaurant right now!

Shall we say the 7th then if it fits with everyone? Just need to find a bar with good bier and no book luvvies.....

Hochhut would be good. We could wait 'till the following Tuesday (the 14th) to save excluding Benni? The more, the merrier.

Well I just found out that I cannot do the 7th now! 14th doesn't work for me as I will be away. From Monday the 20th I am free.

I can´t do 14th either, am working on site near Munich.

The week from 20th should be better.

I will ask the guys from Hochhut collection if they offer any opening in the late afternoon / evening,

chances are low but maybe someone is working there anyway on some restauration project.

Seems it's proving rather hard to organize a date which works smile

How about next week? Monday or Thursday would work for me.

Monday 3rd is OK with me, where shall we meet ?

Saturday I will be at http://www.modell-auto-ausstellung.de/index.php/co...

for germany´s largest Exhibition of plastic/metal model cars, bikes and non-military stuff, a big model shop is also selling.

Sunday at https://www.uhrenmesse-frankfurt.com/visitors/ just for drooling looking at cars & watches.

Might be interesting for finding some presents (for yourself 8-)) ?

I would rather drive to/around Schweizer Strasse, parking is bad there but impossible at Berger Strasse.

Nothing too fancy, please, some traditional Apfelwein place maybe ?

Schweizer area it is (I live very close wink). At Wagner etc. you cannot get beer, so I'm not a huge fan of that.

Alt-Sachs perhaps? http://www.fichtekraenzi.de/ is very decent.

Very good choice. Owned by the same people as Atschel and they have a great dunkel from Krug Bräu. They are the only two places outside Frankonia that I have seen this bier from the faß!

Who else is joining in ? Shall we reserve ?

What time would be good for you both? 18 or 19 are both good for me. Table for 4 reserved for Kolbenköpfer hehe?
