Paid speeding fine didnt send licence

Hello,
My wife was caught doing 37 in a 30. I paid the £100 fine online but foolishly didn't send off her licence - I must have been more distraught at the expense.
Fast forward to today and she has received a summons along with the £100 back.
Can anyone advise what additional fine I am looking at?

Fine according to means plus CPS prosecution cost plus victim support supplement.
If local why not try going to the Mags Clerks Office (sack cloth and ashes)with £100 AND Driving Licence explain you wanted to comply with Conditional Offer but inadvertently failed to send Licence. Would they be prepatred to reopen CO to save Court time and money in a prosecution.
