So, the shoot out in BSB starts this weekend as Assen.
Has Shakey got enough podium credits to take the title. Will he take it steady and settle for podium finishes?
Will Kiyo win the next 7 races, and Shakey have a DNF?
Will Brookes go all out and cause carnage?
Will Bridewell, Linfoot or Stalker play a part in the deciding races?

What's your thoughts chaps?

Shakey only has 26 points over Josh and 27 over Kiyo. So all it will take is one DNF from Shakey and a win for Josh or Kiyo and its all on. Or of course 6 races at 5 points more for 1st than 2nd and Kiyo wins. Or others get involved such as Ellison to turn the whole job on its head and we could easily see Linfoot/Walker/Bridewell be right back in the hunt.......

All to play for.

I hope Shakey doesn't have the same luck as 2013, not a fan, but that doubt must linger.........

Brilliant to see Kiyo back in love with his bike again.

showdowns a pile of crap anyway.

fking stupid arse idea from that moronic wker Stuart cockhead Higgs.

I say let them race as normal, and the man with the most points at the end of the year wins.

Works in every other championship ffs.

We all know why it was done, and it was nothing to do with camier running away with his title.

It's to keep the 'punters' (aka, mugs) rolling in right till the end.

Strange thing to say, given not one penny that goes through the gates keeps them racing.

I don't think the last 3 rounds showdown attracts more gate entries. Punters show up to watch the racing.
However, I think the system sucks, and Shakey should have won last year, and this year.

If nobody bothered watching it what would be the point of sponsoring any of the teams, bearing in mind the tv exposure would be lost.

Kiyonari looks unstoppable, as long as his bike holds together.

He has looked in brilliant form. A part of me thinks Shakey has been sand bagging a little bit the last few rounds. Im sure we will find out at weekend.

Should be some good racing anyway biggrin

Sandbagging, yet he bust the oldest BSB lap record at Cadwell in quali? No, no one is sandbagging at this point,

If Hawk can provide a bike that wont snap a crank at least once a round, Kiyo will be very, very hard to beat, his only disadvantage is the fact that Milwaukee, GBMoto and PBM tested at Assen shortly after Cadwell, so they have a days headstart.

Either way, its going to be fierce!

Ive just a got a feeling he's been happy to get consistant podiums of late, He had no need to go balls out to win.

From his interviews I got the opposite view, he's pissed off he's not winning.

Fair enough, I've not seen any for a while.
