Great, I'm sure it's a lot more worth paying for than another driving channel I am paying for.
My view is a YouTube channel has to be free to view..

exactly. The one I'm paying for is worth less than when it was free. Anyway, enough of that. Look forward to the videos.

I love his videos. Especially the 182 Trophy and Elan Sprint ones. You can really absorb his passion for cars.

Will watch with interest.

Just seen he's posted. Hi Harry and thanks very much! smile

Has he not got a mate that can hold the camera for him..?

Great collection though.

Do we think he's doing this for money, publicity or just a bit of fun?
Ha!

Vids will mainly be self-videoed because that's the way I like to do them and I don't charge nearly as much as a regular camera guy.. Having said that, if a particular video deserves to be filmed by a pro, then I'll get one in but that'll be an exception rather than the rule.

As for the reasons why I'm doing it; the money would never be the core driver in a project like this as there isn't much to be made, so it's mainly for fun. But I do love sharing some of the knowledge I've built up over the years and I'm very lucky to have access to some great cars, so it would be silly not to record the moment so others can get to enjoy it too..
Good stuff. It did seem a little optimistic to be doing it as a money making venture.

I'll stay tuned! smile

Subscribed.

Although some of the 'pro' content on youtube is great, I'm glad to see someone like Harry make the effort to post videos simply as an enthusiast rather than some commercially driven reason.

Looking forward to this smile

That Jag project 7 sounded so good I had to replay the end of the vid a couple of times.....

Also Harry - PLEASE give the jag the Steed treatment. I much preferred the original avengers but the one redeeming feature the new avengers had was that car!

Once done you could do a bit of filming with the lotus and the jag, this episode was pretty good for car content

http://theavengers.tv/forever/peel2-20.htm

Tangent time but the avengers (particularly the Emma peel stuff) really got me into cars as a kid. My dad had every episode on VHS and we used to watch them together, great times. Some epic 'period' car chases.

Now where was I......

Driven didn't make money, neither did smokin tire, this probably won't make significant dough either. On YT the money is in long videos of some inane idiot talking funny and playing computer games.

Great news, rarely enjoy an Evo video since Harry left, so it's great to hear there will be more. Please don't change the style, it's perfect the way it is.
