My search for a shed is being ruined by an advertiser local to me that just totally spams the ads with wanted messages at various "prices". Evidently PH doesn't give a stuff about the "rules" for ads as long as they get paid. Rubbish.

Can you please provide a link? I'll pass it onto the relevant team.

Thank you

First 13 "Ads" are wanted spam.

Reported twice now, no action.

Alternatively - is there a search term I could use to exclude this spam?

- Why would any sane advertiser think that look for 0-2K cars to buy, I might just have a Ferrari I wanted to sell - what morons.

Thank you, some of those are actually in the "wanted" section, unfortunately if no model is selected in your search, by default, wanted ads are included. They seemed to disappear if I put -wanted (minus sign) in the keywords box.

Give that a go thumbup

Illogical to include wanted, but thanks for the search term help.

Here you go:

There are loads all over the classifieds.

Also, whats with the parts classifieds?, it seems that breakers yards have listed every nut & bolt from every car they have ever had in. The BMW section alone has 4000+ items listed, most of it crap.

We are currently working through dealers who have put wanted ads in main forum categories - so hopefully you will slowly see them removing.

We are working with parts companies to provide more parts across the site, we admit that the existing search functionality in the parts section doesn't cope amazingly well in that section now with all those parts and we need to change that round a little after analysing the data.

The GT3 link has 10 wanted ads on the first page alone. Why do they need to be removed slowly?

The Coys ads are also just spam as far as I can see, what's the point of them? an ad for a car that was going to auction in may 2014?:
