I just had a £10 voucher but for some reason I still have about another £7.50 worth of redeemable points that were showing before they issued the voucher.

Although I use VPower here they don't do a loyalty card in Australia, you do get 4 cents off a litre though when you shop in Coles (a supermarket) which is great because VPower costs 90 bloody pence a litre here!!! Normal unleaded is 81p per litre.

Nope.. Ive run it non stop for 16 months now and the guy who got me into it has done so for 7 years !

All I had to do was fit bigger injectors as the meth makes it run a fair bit leaner and as such I have to inject 12% more fuel to retain the 11.8 afr I ran on straight pump. I was close to maxing the stock injectors anyways before the meth so I pretty much had no head room left.

cool

what is the methanol mix you refer to? do you need some methylamine Walter?
I run my 3000gt on 20% straight Virgin Methanol which is poured directly in the fuel tank. Its 116 octaine and when diluted with V Power its is dropped to around 109 octaine. So for every 20L V power I fill up, I pour 5L straight Meth in the fuel tank too. So basically I run on 109 race gas 24/7 for around £1.26 per liter wink (Methanol is £0.80 a liter when bought in 210L drums)

Much cheaper to run on and MUCH more performance gains when mapped for it. Win/Win
cool
I ran the same mix on my old scooby, had a dual map ecu with one map for v-power & the other map for meth/v-power mix

Well it'd be a LOT if taken over a whole year but I do a all my miles over the spring / summer months. The Monaro doesn't get used much over winter unless it's dry.

We manage with about 10p off a litre once a month, using Momentum. I always take a few jerrycans with me as well, so usually save close to a tenner a month. smile

Not entirely. Some done in the Ro, the rest were done in the 8 series.

A friend ran the same fuel mix in a bike once, until he got stopped by a roadside test unit... I hope you have paid your tax - the VOSA lot were very interested when they tested the fuel - all sorts of threats of back tax based on the complete speedo mileage. We were convinced they were tipped off... How else could they know quote=fastbikes76]/\/\/\ you lot do some scary miles lol. To be honest, the amount of fuel I buy at shell, what they give you back is st, probably save far more filling up at sainsbugs top fuel, don't think I would notice any difference on how the car drives
