Fitting a Single Mass Flywheel to IS200

Really umming and ahhing over fitting a SMF.
I keep hearing variously "It will snap the crank" "You'll have to rev match every upshift" "It's a pain on hill starts".
Only the last one is really worrying me, but curious what other people have found. It's about the same weight as the Jun flywheel if that's any help.
