I've browsed the usual threads but can't find anything that looks to do the job. I'd like some way of tracking my daughters phone when she is out and about. She's 13 and has just started hanging out with friends her age, and I'd like to know where she is.

I need something that will give me a 'Bourne Identity' type location tracker for her phone. Queen Herald, the Princess and I have Android O+ phones, which I believe are a USA model/branch, and we live in the Philippines, but I assume all Androidy phones are similar.

So, anybody have a good 'app' they can recommend?

You don't need any app for that. Just activate the GPS on her phone.
To use Android you need Google account (as you know I hope). The only thing you need is to log to the account from any Mac/PC and there is an option for your devices. You could see where she is on Google map at any time when her phone and GPS are switched on.

Well phuck me twice on Sunday! I never knew it could be so simple. eek

My phone is sat beside me here, and it took about 3 seconds for map to pop up showing exactly where we live. I'll have to see about setting hers up the same way. I guess I'll need to find out her Google details.....

Thanks guys. thumbup
