Pressure from the turbos go into the cylinder not the fuel system.

Called wannabes today about his tyro kits and all in is £4200 plus fitting which is more than I wanted to spend at this time ( twins on the way) so I think I'm just going to do the heads and cam for now. Maybe Megasqirt later or just get jooz to map it and leave it there.

Trouble is decent BV/bigger valved heads and a cam change are going to set you back 3k + if your paying someone to do it frown your also going to need your intake fettled better trumpets/blended base it all starts getting ugly price wise scratchchin

I understand what you are saying and you apparent the first to say it, but I can split the cost of the cam, heads etc etc but also the other upside is it is refreshing older parts so I won't have a turbo 450 that needs a new cam or head work etc etc.

Its funny how people spend thousands on these cars but they are very hard to sell . Why not buy one already sorted ,that would be real value for money ..

Just thought if it's American engine do they have cylinder heads that do fit. I can't find any 500 heads or the next idea is to get the 450 worked over.
The alloy buick 300 heads can be used but usually need major repair work. The 340 and 350 heads have even larger ports that you can stuff 3 fingers into. The problem is that they're cast iron.

They're incredibly heavy which is why I never used mine. I used the alloy 300 heads instead and that wasn't a cheap solution either. I've got some sodium valves for these but they're heavy buggers to, lol. I never used them.
