Oil leak WRX blob eye - help please

If any one could help or advise: I've recently noticed a slight oil leak coming from the top left corner of the engine block (turbo side) I have a 2003 WRX wagon with 145,000 miles. Haven't had any oil leaks before.

Any advice would be really appreciated

Most likely it'll be the rocker cover gasket given the mileage.

As above really common problem. If/when you replace it buy a gasket kit as the main rocker gasket, the grommet type gaskets and the spark plug gaskets (apologies for probable incorrect terminolgy) all start to fail.

Just had mine done on my 05 sti. Usually the turbo side that fails first, I can only assume as it gets hotter?

Think I paid about £35 a side for complete kit + fitting if you don't do it yourself
