Hi all…Mother had someone drive into the back of her car last week and she's been sent to Essex Coachworks on Canvey Island for the repair by the insurer. Anyone got anything good or bad to say? I can see a thumbs up from one member…but i'm just concerned about using the insurer's recommended body shop...

Thanks,

Virgil.
