Diesel vacuum pump repair rather than replace

This mornings' headache was no servo assisted brakes, turned out vacuum pump wasn't pumping vacuum. So the Audi has been left in shame on the drive whilst we take the Ibiza to work.
My assumption is that a little rubber diaphragm inside has failed, given the fact it's been working fine up to the end of the day yesterday. I'll probably have a go at stripping it down and checking it out for obvious blockages, however I can't find much in the way of rebuild kits for these pumps.
Anyone know of a supplier of such things?
